Communique provides professional translation services to many of the UK's leading private, legal and public sector organisations.
Our reputation has been built on providing absolute accuracy in translation of documents relating to legal matters, international launch and engagement and much more.
Document formats
A high proportion of requests we receive are for translation of documents prepared electronically, often in PDF or word format. There are also occasions where we are required to scan large quantities of hard copy documents in order to assess the work and provide a quotation for translation.
However the content is stored or arranged, we will work with you to ensure your translations are carried out professionally and delivered to you in the layout and format that works best for you and your colleagues.
For quality assurance, we work exclusively with translators who meet the following prerequisites:
- Minimum of five years experience as a professional translator
- A recognised professional translation qualification
- Membership with an official professional translator's association
- Translate only INTO their native language
We also assess and assign content for translation on a case by case basis, only selecting translators who offer the required knowledge and expertise to translate the content at hand. For example, if the content we are required to translate contains terminologies relating to the oil and gas sector, we will select a translator who has prior experience in translating this type of information to a high standard.
All of our translations are proofread thoroughly for quality assurance and we can deliver the final copies in any format. We also offer a printing, binding and boxing service for larger quantities of documentation such as court bundles.
For confidentiality purposes, all of our staff, both in-house and subcontractors have signed our Non-Disclosure Agreement. We are also happy to review and sign alternative NDA's provided by our clients at their request.
